This is ridiculous. I can understand the father being obligated to take care of his kids morally, but not legally; or can an anonymous sperm donor be sued for child support, too? And as for the “simulation” of a signature, that’s still a criminal act. Seeing as the man has a new wife & kids, he ought to get full custody while the ex works off her debts — she lost any right to benefit from her childrens’ financial support when she committed what I can only think of as a form of rape.
