See, Apple uses Deep Freeze on the in-store demo Macs, which prevents data on the HD from being changed — after each reboot the machine is back to it’s original state, with any added software or files gone. Seems to me this store either fracked up their demo set-up, or they aren’t rebooting the computers as often as they’re supposed to..
