Wow.. they want you to:
- Research the potential renter using FACEBOOK, in addition to the airbnb site.. no personal references, though..
- Keep one night’s rent (what, $20?) as a “security” deposit..
- Oh, and “It takes a Village”, according to them, which means you should rely on your neighbors to monitor for suspicious activity. Seems to me that neighbors are the emergency fall-back, and that for a company to try and build it’s business model around that.. is ridiculous.
